About Me

I'm Aliyah Hamilton.

For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by what helps people truly heal, connect, and belong. Whether I'm sitting with a parent who's exhausted, guiding someone through a Womb Surround, supporting a child through a difficult transition, or mentoring educators, my work always begins with the same question:

What is already trying to happen here?

I don't believe people need to be fixed.

I believe our bodies, our relationships, and our nervous systems carry an extraordinary wisdom. Often, what looks like a problem is actually an adaptive response that once made perfect sense. Healing begins when we can meet those adaptations with curiosity, safety, and relationship instead of judgment.

For more than twenty years I've worked with children, parents, and adults, exploring how early experiences shape our capacity for connection, resilience, and belonging.

My path has woven together many different traditions. I'm an Early Childhood Educator and Director of Enchanted Forest Foundation, with additional training in Early years Waldorf education, Pre- and Perinatal Psychology, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Relational Somatic Therapy, Reiki, yoga, and trauma informed and nervous system-informed approaches to healing. Each has offered an important piece of the puzzle.

Yet the greatest teachers in my life have been the people I've walked alongside.

The babies who taught me that development unfolds best when it isn't rushed.

The parents who showed me what courage looks like in the middle of uncertainty.

The communities that reminded me healing happens most deeply in relationship, not in isolation.

Today my work brings these worlds together.

I offer parent coaching, professional consultation, relational healing sessions, and Womb Surround experiences that honour the profound intelligence of the human nervous system and our lifelong need for safe connection.

Whether we're exploring childhood patterns, navigating parenting challenges, preparing for a ceremony, or simply making sense of life's transitions, my hope is always the same:

That you leave feeling more connected to yourself than when you arrived.

More trusting of your own wisdom.

More capable of offering that same presence to the people you love.

Because I believe healing doesn't happen through perfection.

It happens through relationship.

And belonging was never something we had to earn.

It has always been our birthright.
